Jim served as senior engineering and technical advisor reporting to Veteran Affairs Medical Centers (VAMC) as the Chief of Biomedical Engineering, Chief of Information Resource Management and Chief of Engineering during his 31-year tenure. Jim is a Service-Disabled Military Veteran with Distinguished Service earning the Bronze Star.

His broad experience, of over 25 years, gives him a unique perspective for designing, managing, and reviewing systems to meet project schedules and to stay within budget.

As Vice President, Donna Hall, PMP, has over 25 years of broad range consulting experience focusing on program and project management for global projects. Donna manages projects through all process groups and knowledge areas as defined by Project Management Institute’s PMBOK guide and has been involved with VAMC projects since 2007.
